Special Education Teacher — Midland, Michigan (MI) Full-Time | In-Person | $48,000–$65,000/year We're hiring a Special Education Teacher to join a K-6 team in Midland, MI. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting elementary students (kindergarten through 6th grade) with a wide range of learning needs. What you'll do: - Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Deliver individualized and small-group instruction across grade levels (K-6) - Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families - Track and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field - Experience teaching and working with special education students - Certified or non-certified teachers are both welcome to apply - Must be a U.S. citizen - A genuine dedication to student success Compensation & benefits: - $48,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience - Full benefits package - Full-time, in-person position in Midland, MI (K-6)
