Special Education Teacher — Midland, Michigan (MI) Full-Time | In-Person | $40,000–$55,000/year + Full Benefits We are hiring a Special Education Teacher to join our team in Midland, MI. This is a full-time, in-person role, and we welcome NEW GRADUATES as well as both CERTIFIED and NON-CERTIFIED Special Education Teachers. If you are passionate about supporting students with special needs, we would love to hear from you. What you'll do: - Support and instruct students in a special education setting - Help develop and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families - Adapt strategies to meet a range of learning needs - Track and report on student progress Who we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree (required) - Some experience teaching and working with special education students - New graduates are encouraged to apply - Certified AND non-certified Special Education Teachers welcome - A genuine dedication to student success Compensation & benefits: - $40,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience) - Full benefits package included - Full-time, in-person position in Midland, MI
