Summary A school in Glen Mills, PA is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the current school year. In-person, school-based role paying $30.00–$35.00 per hour with a full benefits package. The SLPA will support the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist with therapy sessions, student progress documentation, and material preparation. Must be a U.S. citizen. Responsibilities - Support the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist with individual and small-group therapy sessions. - Collect and document student progress data. - Prepare therapy materials for sessions. - Assist with screenings and assessments under SLP supervision. - Coordinate with teachers and families on student goals. - Maintain accurate records and IEP-related documentation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field — or hold SLPA certification. - Prior experience working with students in a school setting preferred. - Strong communication and organization skills. - Must be a U.S. citizen. - Pennsylvania background clearances (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
